MyFLO will use your health assessment data (re: cycle length, period length, last period start date) to generate the phases of your last and current cycle.
Once you begin tracking your cycle, any changes in cycle length for 3 consecutive months will trigger a recalibration based on an average of those last 3 cycles.
So don't worry, if your period comes early or late one month and returns to its normal cadence, your calendar won't be affected. We will only recalibrate your calendar if your cycle changes for 3 consecutive months.
