If you have an existing MyFLO account, you'll need to update the new MyFLO 3.0 app and follow the reset password flow. (This is a necessary step for privacy purposes)
- Please update the app directly through the iTunes App Store or Google Play Store. (This may have happened automatically)
- Open the app, tap the checkmark for "By creating an account with FLOliving.com..." and agree to the Terms and Conditions.
- Tap "Login to My Account"
- Tap "Forgot Password" and enter the email address associated with your MyFLO App account
- You will be sent an email with a unique verification code. Be sure to check your Spam folder and Promotions folder if using Gmail. 6. Enter the verification code and finish the reset password flow!
