Here are a few things to check:
- Look for the email in your "spam" folder, as well as your "promotions" folder if using Gmail.
- Make sure the email address connected to your MyFLO account is spelled correctly - happens to the best of us!
- Make sure you are using the correct email address in the first place
- Try another email that may be connected to MyFLO.
